Increase recruitment rates by 41%
A phase I/II oncology study introduced Teckro 18 months post FPI. We evaluated recruitment rates at two groups of sites over their first 90 days from SIV. One group didn't use Teckro, while the other used Teckro from the start. We then compared their performance during this period. Our analysis showed the study saw a 41% increase in the overall recruitment rate for sites that used Teckro from activation.
Site engagement is critical
Our data consistently shows that engaged sites recruit at higher rates than non-engaged sites. For this oncology study, we analyzed the post Teckro group further. Of those that were activated with use of our platform, we split the data to measure the performance of sites that engaged with the study on Teckro versus those that did not. Non-engaged sites on Teckro achieved 11% lower recruitment rates versus the pre Teckro group. Engaged sites on Teckro achieved 69% higher recruitment rates.

This study team issued a minimum of 1 outbound communication per week to sites, sharing cohort availability updates. These communications achieved open rates in excess of 75% and the study teams developed a deep understanding of which sites were engaging with their study - and which were not.
